Privacy rights

You can request a clear answer about data held for your visit inquiry.

This page handles access, correction, deletion and consent-related requests connected with Indianapolis Zoo visitor information, inquiry forms and support conversations. The form uses the existing inquiry route and does not ask for an identity document at the start.

Current site guidance

Request scope

Access.

Ask what personal information is associated with your request and, where applicable, how it is used. Name an email address, phone number or inquiry subject already used, but do not include passwords, payment details or identity documents in the first message.

Correction.

Tell us which detail is wrong and what it should say. This may concern a name, contact detail, address or notes attached to an Indianapolis Zoo contact request.

Deletion.

Ask for information to be deleted. The request is considered against information that must remain for security, legal or operational reasons. This page does not promise that every request results in deletion.

Consent.

Ask to withdraw or change a consent choice. Storage preferences can be reopened through Manage storage choices in the footer. Changing optional storage does not erase a submitted inquiry by itself.

What may be involved

A request may relate to the details placed in a widia46.php form: name, phone, email, address, request kind, notes, specification and consent choice. It may also concern support chat messages, a support-session token or technical data used to protect a form and understand a request.

Advertising traffic is live. Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising send traffic to this site, and Meta Ads may also send traffic. Click identifiers can include gclid, msclkid and fbclid.

Consent Mode v2 holds ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage denied until storage is allowed. If optional storage is declined or withdrawn, all four return to denied. Denied storage does not mean that no network request can occur.

Proportionate checks

We may ask for enough information to distinguish your request from another person’s request. The first step is a matching detail already connected with the inquiry, such as the email address or phone number used. The check should fit the sensitivity and scope of the request.

Do not upload an identity document with this initial form. If more information is needed, the next request should explain why and provide a safer route. We will not ask you to send payment information as proof of identity.

Contact route

Use the full-width form below, email [email protected] or call (317) 630-2040 if a form barrier prevents you from sending the request. The written address is 1200 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46222 4552.

State the request type, a contact detail that may match the record and the outcome wanted. Do not send a payment card, password, identity document or unrelated medical information.

How a request is handled

Receipt.

The submission goes to the existing backend rather than a fabricated confirmation page. This page makes no response-time promise.

Review.

The request is read for scope, identity matching and any lawful reason information may need to be kept. A broad request may need clarification.

Answer.

The answer depends on the request, information located and law that applies to the requester. Where a restriction matters, the response should say so plainly instead of treating deletion as automatic.

Recipients and choices

Inquiry and support data may be handled by the operator and providers running form, hosting, security, support, analytics or advertising functions. Google, Microsoft and Meta may process advertising-related signals for their platform purposes. No platform review or approval is claimed here.

Read the Microsoft privacy statement, Google privacy information and Meta privacy information. The privacy notice explains categories, purposes, lawful bases as applicable, retention and rights.

Necessary form and security storage is separate from support-session persistence, analytics and advertising choices. Optional storage is not preselected. Declining it does not block this page.

Retention and limits

Information is kept for the purpose that brought it in, with retention shaped by operational need, security, legal duties and a deletion request. No fixed retention period is invented here. A deletion request is considered alongside records that must remain to prevent abuse or meet a legal obligation.

This is a visitor-planning website. It does not sell admission through this form, collect payment, create a reservation or issue a binding quote. A data request cannot make an admission inquiry into a booking.

Before you submit

Name the page or conversation that matters. Keep the notes factual and narrow. The form needs enough context to find the record, not a complete personal history.

For ordinary visitor questions, use Indianapolis Zoo contact. For preparation, see plan an Indianapolis Zoo visit. Those pages are separate from a rights request.

Send a data request

Select the request kind and explain what should be found or changed. Do not attach an identity document initially. Consent is required to use the submitted details and is not preselected.
